Kelsey Atkinson, MCP, RCC

Clinical Therapist & Certified Baby Sleep Consultant Lower Mainland

I’m so happy that you’re here. My name is Kelsey and I am a Psychotherapist/Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant in Vancouver, BC.  I hold a Master's of Counselling Psychology from Adler University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, and a Sleep Consultant Certification from the Institute of Sensitive Sleep. I am also a certified Circle of Security facilitator. I work from a person-centered approach and believe that each individual is the expert of their own life.

Having worked in mental health for over 10 years and being a mother of two, I bring both knowledge and understanding to working with individuals, parents and families. I have worked in a variety of counselling roles, including working at a perinatal clinic, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority in infant/early childhood mental health (0-5 year-olds), and inpatient and outpatient treatment centres for youth and adults. I also started my private practice in 2018. I have deep compassion and understanding of how hard it is to be a parent and I’m here to help lessen the load.
