    Silver Package

    A package with a little extra! You’ll receive everything that’s included in the Bronze package, as well as 3 hours of text message support on your first night at bedtime. This plan is perfect if you’d like extra handholding on your first night to ease your nerves!

  • Baby Sleep Training Package

    Gold Package

    This plan is perfect if you want to start on a Friday and check in over the weekend. It includes everything in the Silver package, including 3 hours of bedtime text support on the first night + weekend support, and 6 months of additional support to help you through things like nap transitions, starting daycare, regressions, etc.

In-Home Sleep Consultations

We are now offering consultations in the comfort of your own home. This package includes everything in the Baby Sleep Packages, however, the 75-minute consultation is provided in your home. Available in Vancouver, the North Shore (West Vancouver + North Vancouver), Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond, Squamish, Port Moody, Surrey, and more. Please inquire for further information and for booking.

Sleep Counselling Session

If your baby is already sleeping relatively well but you have a couple of questions, a sleep counselling session might be all you need. Please note there is no follow-up support or written plan included.

My 7 month old was never a good sleeper; it would take forever to put him down, he’d wake in the middle of the night and take another couple hours to put down unless he was in our bed.
