I’m so happy you’re here.

Hi, I’m Kelsey — a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Pediatric Sleep Consultant based in Vancouver.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting individuals and families through a person-centered, attachment-based lens, always using a trauma-informed approach.

I’ve been featured in the Vancouver Sun as a sleep expert, and I’m passionate about helping families find realistic, evidence-based solutions that lead to better rest and improved well-being.

Alongside my counselling and consulting practice, I also share free tips and resources for parents on Instagram and TikTok under @little.sleepy.heads. This is a space where I offer practical advice and encouragement to families navigating the ups and downs of sleep.

Whether we’re working together in therapy, through personalized sleep support, or you’re connecting with me on Little Sleepy Heads, you can expect to feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

Pediatric Sleep Counselling

If you’re a parent of a little one with poor sleep, you’re likely exhausted.

Does your baby need to be bounced, rocked, fed, or pushed in the stroller to fall asleep?

Does your baby wake up often throughout the night?

Does your baby need help to fall back asleep?

Are you experiencing consistent early morning wake-ups?

Does your toddler struggle with bedtime battles and separation anxiety?

What My Clients Say

"From the bottom of my heart, thank you Kelsey. Just seconds into our first phone call I felt her warmth and kind energy. It's so important as a Mom to feel seen and understood."

"Kelsey is amazing. Her non-judgmental, thoughtful encouragement and adaptable methods are incredibly helpful. She has helped me with 2 babies now!"

"Kelsey changed our lives. My 13-month-old went from waking 4+ times a night to sleeping independently. I was exhausted and struggling — she gave me my life back."

"I cannot recommend Kelsey enough. She was knowledgeable, collaborative, and compassionate. My mental well-being has also drastically improved."

Working with me

If you've landed here, chances are you're exhausted — and you've probably already tried everything. I want you to know that you're not alone, and more importantly, there is a way through this.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a mother of two, and someone with over 10 years of experience in infant and family mental health, I look at sleep through a much deeper lens than a typical sleep coach. Because in my experience, sleep is rarely just about sleep.

My approach starts with the whole picture — feeding and wake windows, yes, but also your bedtime routines, your sleep environment, your parenting preferences, and the relationship between you and your baby. Everything is connected, and a plan that ignores that rarely sticks.

At the heart of everything I do is balance: between structure and flexibility, between your baby's needs and your own, between evidence-based guidance and your instincts as a parent. A sleep plan that actually works has to feel sustainable and realistic for your family — not just on paper, but at 3am when nothing is going the way it's supposed to.

I offer a range of approaches, from gentle and gradual to more structured methods, and we always decide together what feels right. I will never ask you to do something that doesn't align with your values — and if something isn't working, we adapt.

What you can expect when working with me:

  • A personalized sleep plan built specifically for your baby and family

  • Ongoing support so you never feel alone in the process

  • A space where you can say "I've tried everything and I'm not okay" — and be met with zero judgment

  • Evidence-based guidance rooted in sleep science and child development

  • Flexibility and adaptability, because real life isn't always predictable

Finding balance isn't just about getting more sleep. It's about helping your whole family feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourselves again. I know how hard this season is — and I know how much better life feels on the other side of it.
