Baby & toddler sleep packages

  • Newborn Package (0-4 months) $340

    This package includes an initial assessment, a 75 minute online consultation, schedule, wake window guide and 1 x 20 min follow up call.

  • Baby Sleep Package (4-12 months)

    This package includes an initial assessment, a 75-minute online consultation, a personalized written summary, sleep plan + schedule. You’ll receive 3 weeks of follow-up support which includes up to 3 x 20-minute phone calls, messenger, email, and sleep log tracking.

    Bronze Plan: $775

    Silver Plan: also includes 3 hours text message support on the first night at bedtime: $972

    Gold Plan: Includes first-night bedtime text support, weekend support, and 6 months of additional support: $1530

  • Toddler Sleep Package (1-4 years)

    This package includes an initial assessment, a 75-minute online consultation, a personalized written summary, sleep plan + schedule. You’ll receive 3 weeks of follow-up support which includes up to 3 x 20-minute phone calls, messenger, email, and sleep log tracking.
